Visiting the Center
Everyone is welcome at Kadampa Meditation Center New York.
Day Visits
The Temple is open for tours 7 days a week 2:00 -5:00pm and at other hours by appointment.
The World Peace Café is open on Sundays from 12-2:30pm, and during courses and events. It is also open occasionally for special meals and parties. Hours vary, so please call to confirm.
The Bookstore & gift shop is open on weekends 10:00am-5:00pm, and during courses and events.
Visitors are also welcome to enjoy the 80 acres of grounds around the Temple.
Accommodations
For information about day or overnight visits please contact us in advance.
For courses, please register in advance online or by phone. We ask that you pay a 25% deposit, non-refundable 24-hours prior.
If you staying in a dorm, you will need to bring your own sleeping bag and towel.
All food is vegetarian including dairy and is included in the accommodation costs.
